Johnson's BBQ
This is Arkansas style BBQ. Meat smoked using oak, apple, plum or other fruit woods-- so succulent it falls off of the bone. Sauce so tantilizing, some people dream of it. Beware, though, our hot sauce isn't for the faint of heart-- it has heat, it has flavor, it has soul.
